PERSONAL TRAINING 

Our Personal Trainers are exercise professionals with the knowledge and experience to offer advice and guidance in the areas of exercise and wellness. We will design a safe and effective exercise program to help you reach your personal goals-whether it be weight loss, exercise performance, or improved strength. They also have to meet high standards of excellence in exercise physiology, nutrition, anatomy, training program development, exercise application, health screening, and fitness assessments. But most importantly, our personal trainers excel at applying their knowledge to everyone, from athletes to seniors.

30 DAY HEALTH, WELLNESS & FITNESS COACHING PROGRAM

A well rounded program designed to help YOU succeed. It includes: two one-hour long in person sessions that focus on you, the client, and your needs. These can be on any topic You want to talk about or work on, from food journaling, workout plans, setting goals, to finding ways to cope with the stresses of life. In addition you have access to your coach/trainer when you need them most, through email, text, or phone.
Topics covered include but not limited to:

  • Food journal
  • Exercise/workout plan
  • Goal setting
  • Stress reduction
  • Mindfulness
  • Planning for obstacles
  • Whole foods – planning and preparing
  • Health and Fitness assessments – measurements, body fat %, weight, mobility, flexibility, strength, cardiovascular fitness.

These sessions are specifically designed to develop permanent, positive changes to your health, your level of physical fitness and your overall well-being.

Cost: members: $200/month non-members: $270/month
