The friend bailed, and I have been spinning ever since for the fun, fitness and friends. It was the catalyst that got me riding in multi day fund raising events all over the country, to become a certified spinning instructor and eventually into competitive bike racing. I haven’t taught since 2010 and I am looking forward to coming back and reconnecting with everyone on this journey.”
