The CCBA is looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly people to join our great team! We currently have openings in the following areas:

In search of  American Red Cross certified lifeguards and senior lifeguards. Outgoing, enthusiastic and friendly to welcome our members into the pool and assure participant safety. Full-Time Employees (35 – 40 Hours Per Week)

    • Earned-Time Leave (13 days per year accrued for new employees)

    • Free Witherell Recreation Center Membership for Employee and Family Membership Discounts (75% for salaried employees; 25% for hourly employees).
    • Discounts for Selected Programs (65% off member rate for salaried employees; 25% off member rate for hourly employees).
    • Voluntary Health Insurance (37% co-pay for selected plan for employees working at least 30 regularly scheduled hours)
    • Dental/Optical Reimbursement Plan ($200 per year for employees working at least 30 regularly scheduled hours).
    • Heating Product (fuel oil and propane) Discount from CCBA Vendor.

Part-Time Employees (Up To 20 Hours Per Week)
