"Be Well" seminars are FREE health, wellness, and nutrition education classes open to all!
They are designed to give members of our community tools to make smarter, healthier, and more
informed decisions for living an overall healthier life!
All classes are taught by CCBA professionals and are held the third Tuesday
of each month, 5:30 - 6:15 pm in our community meeting room.

Alena is the Personal Training Coordinator for the CCBA. She is NASM certified as a personal trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Alena is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach as well as a WellCoaches Certified Health & Wellness Coach. She teaches bootcamp classes, powerlifting classes and trains clients of all ages. She is a competitive powerlifter and holds the state record for her age/weight.
