CCBA Benefits Summary

This summary outlines the principal benefits availbale to employees of the Carter Community Building (CCBA). Our benefits are subject to change and employees are fully informed of any such changes.

Full-time Employees (35 – 40 Hours per week)

• Earned-Time Leave (13 days per year accrued)
• Paid Holidays (7 per year; New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and a day preceding or following a holiday).
• Free Witherell Recreation Center Membership for Employee and Family Membership Discounts (100% for salaried employees; 50% for hourly employees).
• Program Discounts (75% off member rate for salaried employees; 50% off member rate for hourly employees).

• Voluntary Health Insurance (30% co-pay for selected plan)
• Dental/Optical Reimbursement Plan ($350 per year).
• Group Fuel Purchase Discount (fuel oil and propane).

Half-time Employees (20 – 34 Hours per week)

• Earned-Time Leave (6.5 days per year accrued)
• Free Witherell Recreation Center Membership for Employee and Family Membership Discounts (75% for salaried employees; 25% for hourly employees).
• Program Discounts (65% off member rate for salaried employees; 25% off member rate for hourly employees).

• Dental/Optical Reimbursement Plan ($350 per year for employees working at least 30 hours).

Part-time Employees (Up to 20 Hours per week)

In addition to the benefits listed above, all employees are eligible for unpaid family and medical leave (12 weeks per year), unpaid personal leave (12 weeks per year), jury duty leave, and military leave.
